We operate solely from our small family home on the Isle of Wight!
How can I order an item in a different size?
If you've fell in love with something that isn't your size, fear not - simply get in touch via our contact form and tell us exactly what we can do to make your Glitzee Garmz dreams come true! Although no promises can be made, there's a good chance we can recreate the piece using your required measurements & preferences...
This also applies to you ladies that like your crops a lil' longer or find it hard to buy clothes to complement your body shape: WE GOT YOU! Let us know what works for you and we'll do our best to make it happen!
When will I receive my order?
Production Times
Pre-made items: Garmz that are ready made will be shipped within 1/2 days.
Made-to-order items: Please allow around 1 week for clothing/ accessories & up to 4 weeks for customised trainers. We do aim to complete all orders as soon as possible!

Shipping
Everything is posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked and Signed Delivery. If you require 1st Class, please let us know before completing the order and we can organise this for you.
Can you wear Custom Trainers in the rain?
Yes! Every design is finished with a waterproof protective top coat, however this doesn't mean they're invincible! Custom Trainers are special and should be treated with every care to ensure the artwork stays looking it's best. Each order includes some 'Care Notes' that outline our recommendations to keep them as fresh as the day you fell in love with them.
Wearing crease preventers significantly restricts flexing of the shoe when walking, therefore reduces the risk of wear and tear... We can supply these for £10 each so please let us know if you'd like them included with your order. (Some designs include them for FREE, so keep an eye out for those...)
